Mi Oficina is a virtual Correos platform that you can use to carry out all the formalities related to your shipments, such as preparing your parcels, sending documents online, tracking them or buying customised stamps.
It also offers you various functionalities that will allow you to use our services in the best possible way.
Correos offers you the option of creating a company account. With it, you will be able to manage the services you have signed up to more efficiently .

Accessing Mi Tarjeta Más Cerca is very easy, just follow the steps below:
1. Log in to Mi Oficina.
2. Go to the My Profile section. You can find it at the top right of the page or from the side menu.
3. At this point, you will see several functionalities on the left side, including Mi Tarjeta Más Cerca.
4. Simply click on it to access it.
You can also view your card transactions more closely in the Mis Tarjetas section on the tools page.
You will be able to check your payment receipts in three steps:
1. Access Invoices, consumptions and payments through the side menu.
2. Click on the Payment Receipts button.
3. Fill in the requested fields and click on check.
To make a shipment:
1. You will have to go to “Send”. You can access this through a button located on the home page or from the side menu, by clicking on “shipments”, “send”.
2. Select the national or international shipment that best suits your needs.
3. Follow the steps by filling in each of the requested data until the payment is completed.
4. If you have a contract with Correos, you will have access to exclusive functionalities and products.
