Features of the Servicio Especial de Paquetería

Your customers are constantly looking for efficient shipments that save them as much time as possible. At Correos, we want to help you not only meet their expectations, but exceed them. That is why we offer you the Servicio Especial de Paquetería, the solution you need for the distribution of your shipments:

• Tailor-made: you will be able to adapt the conditions of the shipment to your needs and those of the recipient. Now, you decide when and where your orders arrive. 
• With guarantees: for each shipment, we undertake to make two delivery attempts at home and with a signature within the guaranteed delivery time. If we are unable to deliver, we will leave a notice in the recipient’s mailbox indicating the office where they can pick it up within a maximum of 15 days. If we cannot deliver on time, we will refund the fee paid for the service.
  Remember that recipients may also choose to pick up their shipments directly at one of our offices or at one of our Citypaqs distributed throughout the country. Fully comprehensive insurance.
• Comprehensive insurance: you will have the possibility of protecting your packages against any unforeseen event through the Declared Value, the additional guarantee that allows you to insure your goods up to a maximum value of €6,000. 
• Modify: with this service you can easily modify the delivery date and address of your packages from your computer or smartphone. In this way, the shipping conditions will be adjusted to you or the person receiving your parcel in real time.
  Thanks to Modify, you can decide if the recipient can also make changes and even choose what they can modify. This option is available for all domestic shipments with home delivery.
• For your peace of mind: let your recipients have constant updates on the status of your shipments. If you include their contact information when registering, we will send them a notification of parcel arrival via SMS or email.
• Close to you: the Servicio Especial de Paquetería is available for shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
  

Pick-up process

You no longer need to go to one of our offices to drop off your shipments. With the Servicio Especial de Paquetería, we take care of everything, including picking up your parcels. How does it work? It's simple, all you have to do is fill in the address and day you want us to pick up your shipment. You will find where to select this option in the first step.

But... not only that! After pick-up, we will print the shipping label for you so all you have to worry about is getting the parcel ready.

Important! Remember that the weight of the shipments may not exceed 20 kg.
