We keep your recipients constantly informed about your deliveries! To do that, you need to provide us with their email address or telephone number. You will also need to tell us about the contents of the delivery, whether or not it is classified as goods, whether it includes an invoice, certificates or licences, its value and what you want us to do with it if delivery is impossible.
